HOW DID YOU MEET?
We met through Plentyoffish.com, very traditional haha.
WHERE DID YOU GO ON YOUR FIRST DATE? HOW DID IT GO!?
We went to The Farm in Solihull for a casual drink, we chatted all night and before we knew it they were closing up around us and the rest as they say is history.
TALK ME THROUGH THE WEDDING PROPOSAL !?
We’d been together just over 2 years and we went to Barcelona for Andy’s Birthday. We took a trip to the top of Montjuïc that looks out over Barcelona and Andy got down on one knee and proposed. He even managed to set his camera up to capture the exact moment.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR WEDDING VENUE?
We fell in love with Stone Manor and it’s beautiful grounds the moment we saw it. We knew as soon as we saw it that’s where we wanted to get married and once we saw their vision for what the venue would look like after their refurb we were sold.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVOURITE MOMENT OR MEMORY OF YOUR WEDDING DAY?
Coral – Saying our vows, it was like no one else was there, just the two of us in the moment we’d been waiting so long for.
Andy – Watching Coral walk down the aisle towards me, she took my breath away.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO NEWLY ENGAGED COUPLES?
Take your time and make sure you don’t compromise on anything. If you want something save for it and have it, you’re only going to get married once (hopefully) so make sure you have no regrets and have the day of your dreams.
HOW DID I DO AND HOW WERE YOUR IMAGES?
Darren was absolutely brilliant, we can’t praise him enough. From complete putting both of us and our families at ease in the morning, chatting with our guests and making sure they felt at ease with him too and even getting on the dance floor himself on the evening to get some amazing photos of everyone really enjoying themselves. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful images Darren took that day and we will treasure them forever.

http://somethingborrowedhire.co.uk/ – We hired a traditional ice cream cart and LOVE letters and they were fantastic from initial enquiries to the day.
https://www.midlandsprodj.com/ – Our DJ was amazing and had all of our guests on the dance floor right till the end of the night, they met with us and made sure they knew exactly what kind of music we did and didn’t want playing and nothing was too much trouble.
